Have things got better or worse over the years with the processing of claims by the Compensation Fund? Has CompSol still got the same value for you as we had when you became a CompSol client?

Well, for non-CompSol medical service providers things have got a whole lot worse.

There is a major backlog in the processing and payment of IOD claims due to the Compensation Fund's system migration to SAP. It appears that the new system does not have the capacity to process payments to medical service providers and employers. In fact, no payments have been made by the Compensation Fund since October 2011!

Not so with CompSol's clients. They have been paid, which is what we promised when they joined us. Not only have our medical service providers been paid whilst others wait (or have stopped doing IOD business, thereby losing revenue) but we have also made life significantly easier for our medical service providers by launching RELAY and completing the Patient - Employer- Medical Service Provider- Compensation Fund circle. And things are going to get even better for our clients as we plan to expand our products and service offerings in the near future.
